1. Tournament Entry Refunds

Once you join a tournament, the entry fee is generally NON-REFUNDABLE. However, exceptions exist:

Tournament Cancelled

If ZVYRON cancels a match, 100% of your entry fee is instantly refunded to your wallet.

User Voluntary Exit

If you leave a tournament before it starts, refunds differ based on the specific tournament rules shown at entry.

2. Failed Transactions

If money is deducted from your bank but not added to your ZVYRON wallet:

  • Such amounts are automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 24-48 working hours.
  • This process is handled by your bank or UPI provider (e.g., GPay, PhonePe).
  • ZVYRON reconciles failed transactions periodically to ensure safety.

3. Wallet Balance

Deposit Cash: Money added to your wallet cannot be withdrawn to your bank account. It can only be used to participate in tournaments.

Winnings Cash: Only the "Winnings" portion of your wallet is eligible for withdrawal to your bank account or UPI ID.

4. Account Termination

If your account is banned due to Fair Play Violations (hacking, cheating, teaming), all wallet balances—including deposits and winnings—will be FORFEITED and are non-refundable.
